The Disney Cars Mega Mack playtown has been marked down from £44.99 to only £14.99 at Argos – a whopping saving of over half the original price. It’s a pretty darn cool kit for kids that love to play with cars and includes a bunch of extras.

Disney Cars Mega Mack playtown includes a giant 24 inch Mack Truck that talks and unfolds into three movie adventure sets. You can use the three position car launcher to send the Lightning McQueen vehicle flying into the action of each play area.

You get Lightning McQueen, Doc Hudson and Bessie included in the set but the kit does ask you to feed it three AAA batteries – although the first set are included. The Mega Mack playtown is for ages five and up, probably due to fragile parts, and is pretty darn awesome.

The product has actually had some great reviews from buyers on the Argos site, they all say that its great and their kids love it. And for only £14.99, it seems that the Disney Cars Mega Mack Playtown is a steal.

My son has this. It has been a favourite toy for a couple of years now. When we bought it I didn't pay much attention to the 3ft bit. It really is big! There are a few problems with the design of this. It is quite hard to click the various parts into place, and if they're not in place the sounds don't work. It takes an adult to do this everytime. Folding up the dirt track is quite tricky. And no matter how you set it up, the car will not go around it, which is disappointing. Also, the car that comes with the set is lightweight, and won't go through the 'gates' at the bottom of the middle track! It bounces right off. Again this is disappointing, but if you use one of the die cast cars from the series it will go through there. Despite all these design flaws, my son and his friends spend ages playing with it!
