This 100% British beef Tomahawk steak hits Aldi stores from today and has an awesome price tag too. Just £12.99 per kilo steak which is a heck of a lot cheaper than you would find elsewhere!
So what is a Tomahawk steak? It's a large cut of Rib-Eye Beef (my favourite cut!) and comes on the bone. It is well known for being very large, succulent and full of flavour due to it's marbling and the fact it is cooked on the bone.
How do I cook a Tomahawk Steak? Aldi says the huge steak is best served pan seared and rested for 15 minutes.
Never fear if the weather doesn't stay dry, you could easily have this served up as part of a roast over the weekend too!
