Morrisons offer a service in conjunction with Amazon, where Prime members will be able to enjoy free same day delivery, when they spend £40+ on groceries. It sounds like a great service, and whilst it was originally only available to Leeds it's now been rolled out to many more locations around the UK.
Amazon Morrisons Groceries
Amazon Pantry ceased trading back on 30th June of this year, and it looks like this new online grocery service with Morrisons is the replacement.
Shoppers have access to thousands of meat, seafood, dairy, fruit lines, as well as many other grocery items - plus, those great multibuy deals that they're known for.
The offer of free same day delivery for Prime members is great, as it's very easy to spend £40 on the weekly food shop.
Plus, it means you can get the food shop done online, have it delivered and unpacked by the time the kids come out of school.
It's also handy in times like now, where many of us are visiting the supermarket less and less.
Once available, you'll be able to pick two-hour scheduled slots on the same day as you place your order. All orders will come hand-picked from a Morrisons store near you. Slots start as early as 8am right though to 10pm.
For those of you spending less than £40, delivery is chargeable at a very reasonable £3.99.
Customers will be able to place orders on Amazon.co.uk, or via the Amazon app.
