RECALL: John Lewis Dungarees Recalled

RECALL: John Lewis Dungarees Recalled

John Lewis have issued a safety recall on several styles of Children's Dungarees due to unspecified safety concerns.

They have specified six different styles of dungarees that have been sold in John Lewis and Waitrose stores since July this year, and have said that you should not use them but should return them to store for a full refund.

John Lewis have said that they are recalling the clothing items "as a precautionary measure".

Unfortunately they have only supplied the pictures of five of the six items on their website, so if you have any John Lewis children's dungarees you will need to check the clothing label for the item number.

Here are the items that are affected:

Children's Corduroy Dungarees, 0-3 years

Product Recall John Lewis Children's Corduroy Dungarees 0-3 years

Style Numbers: 316345, 316347, 733329, 733306, 733307, 733308

The style number can be found on the product label.

As a precaution John Lewis are recalling the above products due to a potential safety issue.

If you have one of these items, please stop using them immediately and return them to Waitrose or John Lewis for a full refund.

We apologise to customers for any inconvenience.

For further information, customers should call:
Waitrose Customer Services Department on 0800 188884

As this is a Safety Recall you should not need a receipt to obtain your refund, but if you cannot show your original method of payment you may be offered a voucher instead of a cash or card refund.

You can read the recall notice on the John Lewis website here*, or on the Trading Standards website here.
