Brace yourselves! *Clears throat in an overly theatrical manner and starts singing*
"One for all and all for one, Muskehounds are always ready.
One for all and all for one, helping every-b-o-d-y.
One for all and all for one, it's a pretty s-t-o-r-y.
Sharing everything that's fun, that's the way to be!"
So, apologies for inflicting my atrocious singing on you first thing in the morning (it's been known to make small children cry) and apologies for causing the Dogtanian theme tune to go round in your head for the rest of the day.
If you have NO clue what I'm talking about, let me help you out quickly: Dogtanian and the Three Muskahounds was a cartoon series that hit UK screens back in 1985 (I was 11), there were something ridiculous like 26 episodes that all followed on from each other and it broke audience records at the time.
The story is based on the Three Muskateers tale by Alexander Dumas and features Dogtanian (Dartanian), Athos, Porthos and Aramis (the Muskehounds) - Dogtanian desperately wants to be a Muskehound and all sorts of adventures ensue as a result of trying to thwart the constant evil plotting to overthrow King Louis XIII by the evil Cardinal Richelieu!
The Complete Adventures of Dogtanian is made up of NINE discs and includes the first and second series, along with the film too - in total you'll have a glorious 1,320 minutes of Dogtanian to indulge in and introduce your kids to.
