Lego Minifigures are really collectible and make great little gifts or treats for the kids, but they are usually around £2.50 each. Argos have reduced some of them to as little as £1.24 so you can get them for just about half price.
The Lego Simpsons Minifigures Series 2 are just £1.24, and the Minifigures Series 14: Monsters are reduced to £1.49 so that's a great saving on both of those. There's plenty of stock about of both series in the areas I have checked.

It's way too early for me to be thinking of Christmas stocking fillers (though I do like to start early) but these are handy for filling those "I'm bored" moments, or when your child has done something really good and you want to give them a little reward.
You can't choose which character you get as they are all 'blind bags' with no indication of what's inside, but I know that won't matter too much to many children, mine included. Although there are some neatly stacked in a display case in my son's room, most of them end up in weird mix and match combinations where he has put an ancient Egyptian headdress on a policeman and given him a spear or something. That's half the fun though, isn't it? No Kragle in this house! ;)
