My boys want Lego, Lego and more Lego when it comes to birthdays and Christmas. They enjoy playing with it so I am more than happy to buy them it. I like to buy them the bigger sets as they get older, but boy they can be pricey. Amazon are selling this Lego City: Excavator and Truck Set for just £23.32 with FREE delivery, this piece of kit is £35 at Debenhams and £33.24 at John Lewis.
The Lego City: Excavator and Truck contains 311 pieces in total, which should keep the kids busy for a little while. This seems like a really cool set as it has a working conveyor belt plus a moving boom and claw. The back of the truck can tip and the tailgate can open. If your child is into construction toys then they are going to go daft for this set.
You get TWO Lego Minifigures and some accessories like a broom, shovel, jackhammer, rubble and two dynamite sticks.
