The Vista Pedestal BBQ Grill has a quality stainless steel construction, and the pedestal has a removable ash collector located in the base for easy cleaning. There's also an adjustable slide vent below the charcoal allows the air flow to be adjusted so the fuel burns faster and you can get the high temperatures needing for searing food and creating crispy BBQ dishes.
