If you have green fingers and are on the look out for a bargain then you might want to pop over to Thompson & Morgan and pick up their Lavender B collection - it features 18 plug plants (six each of three different Lavender varieties) which usually retail for £17.97 but will be yours for just the £4.95 postage.
Now I know that the timing for this Lavender plants deal isn't the best because, you see, Lavender is a wonderful little plant for summer; they really don't like being in wet ground (especially in the winter, so if you plant it in the garden make sure you add some sand or grit to your soil, if it's heavy, to improve drainage) and love to bask in full sunshine.
I adore Lavender in the garden; the smell is fabulous, it's very easy to grow, it grows quickly too and bees love it!
