I spent most of last night tossing and turning because I was just too damn hot in bed. I tried to stick my leg out of the duvet and it didn't work. It doesn't say, but I reckon that you could put it in the fridge for an hour and use it underneath hot, tired feet, at the end of a hard day's work.
