The LeapFrog Fridge Phonics Magnetic Letter Set has been reduced in price from £14.99 to £8.99 at Argos, and as it's an online exclusive there's free home delivery thrown in as well. I can't see this for less than £10 anywhere else and that's without delivery so this is a nice big saving.
This is an educational toy for children aged two and upwards that helps them with their early reading skills. It introduces children to letter names and sounds and has big, bright letters that are easy for little fingers to grasp. They can sing along to the Alphabet Song and there are fun phonics songs to help children remember the sound each letter makes.
In the set you get the magnetic letter reader, 26 magnetic letters, and batteries are also included.
Most magnetic letters are only suitable from ages three and upwards, but these are from 24 months so that's ideal for pre-schoolers who are starting to show an interest in phonics. I think this is a super bargain, especially with the free delivery, and I will be ordering a set for my youngest later.
