I have a confession to make...I've never seen Cars. You're shocked, I know, but it was released just around the time the, now, teenagers had grown out of that sort of movie.
I have no real clue who Mater is, but I have been reliably informed he's a favourite character and very loveable, so if you have a little Cars and LEGO fan then you might want to consider this LEGO Cars Classic Mater toy as a stocking filler this Christmas.
Both Argos and Amazon are selling Classic Mater for £2.49 instead of £4.99 - if you can get one from Argos then you'll also get a free Cars 2 poster; if your local Argos doesn't have it in stock then you can get one from Amazon, although it doesn't look like the Amazon deal includes the poster - Click HERE to go over to Amazon
Although this Classic Mater is made by LEGO, you can't build him yourself as he comes ready constructed in one piece; he suitable for young Cars fans aged between five and 12 years old (I can't imagine a 12-year-old being chuffed with this for Christmas though) and he's available both for home delivery or click and reserve in-store collection with Argos.
Delivery with Argos will set you back £5.99, with Amazon delivery is free - a bit of a no-brainer really if you can't pick one up in-store hey!
