There are a few ifs and buts to this offer.
If you spend over £20, even just £23, for example on the Girls Pistachio Dress, you can take £15 off at the checkout, making your dress just £8.
Delivery is £3.99, unless you spend over £60, then it's free.
It's worth paying attention though, because there's 20 - 50% off on loads of things at the moment, so you could add those to your basket and find the £15 saving has been reduced, but your other, already discounted items have been reduced by an additional 33% each (I put two other items in my basket.)
It may be worth playing around to see what gets you the best discounts, but at the very least you should be able to save yourself £15.
