Next Christmas Delivery Guarantee:
Next promise that should you order between 1st - 22nd December 2016, they will ensure that you'll receive it in time for Christmas. If in the unlikely event you don't, the Christmas Guarantee states you can keep the item(s) when they are delivered and you'll be sent a gift card to the value of the item(s).
If Next can't deliver the items at all, you'll not be charged but will still receive a Gift Card for that amount.
The Next Christmas Guarantee only applies where a delivery date of up to and including 23rd December 2016 is given. You'll find the delivery date in your order confirmation email.
It only applies to online purchases whether delivered to home or store. Furniture items and 'ordered in store' items aren't eligible.
Very Christmas Delivery Promise:
The Very Christmas Delivery Promise applies to orders made up until 10pm on 23rd December, where an expected delivery date up to and including Saturday 24th December 2016 is given. Again, you'll find the expected delivery date on your confirmation email.
It applies to home delivery AND Collect+ items. If Very fail to deliver in time, they will credit your account to the cost of the applicable items, plus any delivery charge, by your original means of payment. Credits will hit accounts by 31st January 2017.
Exclusions to the Very Christmas Delivery Promise are as follows: Hatchimals, Nintendo NES Classic Mini, Pre-owned watches, orders of 3 or more units of the same item, orders placed that are then delayed or cancelled by us for credit account referral or fraud reasons, sale and clearance items, furniture, white goods and large TVs, personalised items and orders sent to remote locations.
