I placed an order the 29th November and I am still waiting for it. I have been told today my order is being sent back to them for some unknown reason they don't even no and I carnt have my parcels I have paid for sent back to me as that is impossible. I can place my order with them again they informed me but only 2 things out of ten of my items where in stock. It will be the first and last time I ever place an order with this company very unhelpful customer service with very snotty attitude and costs a fortune to phone them if you do experience any problems like I have. And they use Hermes say no more.
