Although this is not a high tech whistles-and-bells baby bouncer it has everything you need in a basic baby chair. It has a three point harness, a washable cover, it vibrates with a simple switch and it has a toy bar that can be removed with one hand for ease.
For our first child we had an expensive baby bounder with lights and sounds and all sorts of gizmos, but second time round we got this one, as it really does have the only things that are 'essential'. Although it has just the two toys it's easy enough to attach others to it as some any come with clips to attach them to other things, and we didn't even use the vibrate function. Quick tip - don't move the empty chair around by picking it up by the toy bar, as it's designed to pop out really easily, and it does.
