Remote Controlled Meccano Four Wheeled Buggy £39.99 @ Argos

meccanoRemoteControl I'm a big fan of construction toys like this remote controlled Meccano four-wheeled buggy!

One of my first memories of infants school is the Meccano draw and making a dash for it, when it was free-play time, to ensure I got there before the boys did.

It was metal back in those days too and I LOVED it!

Today, Meccano for little kids is made from plastic but it's still seriously awesome stuff, which will delight any budding construction engineer for hours on end.

This remote controlled Meccano four-wheeled buggy comes with the following bits and pieces:

  • 110+ plastic and metal parts (oooh, some metal parts too!)
  • Easy to build, no nuts needed
  • Tools and assembly instructions included
  • Batteries required: 4 x AA (not included) plus 1 x 9V (not included)

You can make two different models out of all the above 'stuff' and then when you're done...you can drive your Meccano creation around the house!

This usual selling price for this remote controlled four-wheeled buggy is £49.99; Argos have taken a tenner off and are currently selling them for £39.99 instead.

Click and collect it in-store for free or you'll end up getting stung £5.95 for home delivery.
