The Very Hungry Caterpillar was one of those books that I could read over and over and over again as a kid; I loved everything about the story, the holes in the pictures and the way each of the food pages were different sizes.

I'm still entranced by it today in fact, so much so that when my youngest was given a Very Hungry Caterpillar colouring book I had to buy one for myself for ME to colour in!

So when I saw this book and mug set my heart soared and before I knew it I'd bought it!  There are three copies of the book in this house (one for each child as they were growing up) and now I have one ALL of my very own AND a mug too!!
