It's a pump bottle and can be used either as a soap substitute or a moisturiser. Fragrance free and lanolin free, it's much gentler on skin than many other products out there. I've never used this particular one but have used similar and liked them, so have bought this for 72p to try it, the reviews are very good too.
If you don't want to S&S, it's only a few pence more at 80p so it's up to you. The S&S is easily enough amended from your account if you don't want any more deliveries after you've received your order though.
