You Can Now Buy A Working Hornby Hogwarts Express Train!

If you've grown up with everyone's favourite wizard, Harry Potter you may think you'll never get to see the Hogwarts Express.... but now you can own you very own working replica! Hornby* have released the Hogwarts Express Train so you can recreate Harry Potter's adventures at home.

Now this is not a child's toy (though ages 5 and over can use it), but a miniature locomotive for serious fans and hobbyists, so it does come with a price tag that reflects the quality of an official Hornby train. Prepare yourself... it's £200.

At that price you would have to be a pretty serious Potterhead (or train enthusiast) to get one, but somehow we think they'll have no issues selling this beautiful train.

As well as being stocked at Argos* and Amazon*you can get buy on the official Hornby site*, along with pre-orders of more carriages (one with sounds), plus the ticket office, waiting room, footbridge and more to make a full train set. And here's the best bit.... you can get Platform 9 3/4 too!

Is this too much to put round the bottom of my Christmas tree? Probably, but I can dream...

You can view the whole Harry Potter Hornby range here* and see what's coming up.
