It's made of untreated pine so that you can either varnish it to protect the wood, paint and decorate it to suit your colour scheme or child's favourite characters, or leave it as it is for the natural wood effect.
It had a soft closing lid to help prevent trapped fingers, and smooth cut outs on either side to make it easier to lift when moving it around. It seems a good generous size at 70cm wide, so should fit a fair amount of toys and clutter in it.
