I wonder if I'll ever get bored of telling you about Thomas the Tank Engine deals...?  I don't think it's very likely, do you?

All too often remote controlled things are aimed at bigger kids which is great for them but RUBBISH for youngsters - and I'm talking 18 months old youngsters here - they just don't have the fine motor skills necessary to be able to do anything else other than driving whatever it is into the walls or your ankles.

The time will come when your little Thomas engine driver will want to get off the tracks and drive wherever the whim takes him and he'll be able to do just that with this.

Big and chunky and suitable for small Thomas fans from 18 months, there are no fiddly over-sensitive joysticks to master here - just 2 buttons: one to go forwards and one to go back.

The funnel glows, which is just the sort of little feature that my youngest LOVES, and of course there are the ubiquitous Thomas whistles, engine noises and music.
