My little one has recently discovered Sylvanian Families thanks to her godmother, she spends ages setting up all the different shops and houses.

The Sylvanian Families Grand Hotel is the Daddy of the play sets, it is coveted by many SF fans but it is pretty pricey at £109.20 upwards. It doesn't normally drop below £100 but you can currently get this fab set for £80 over at Tesco Direct.
This huge hotel is built over three floors, it features beautiful stained glass windows, chandeliers and balconies. There are nine different rooms to play in and a roof terrace also.
This is a 35 piece set and also includes suitcases, room keys, suitcase trolley's, topiary and a hotel reception. Figures are not included with this set. I can see this being passed on through generations, Sylvanian Families always seem to be popular with youngsters and this Grand Hotel has been around for a long time.
