You really can't beat building with bloks for great kiddie entertainment and fun; my youngest son still has his Mega Bloks from when he was really little and although we both love building rather complex LEGO models, we can't resists building towers and houses with the bigger, more chunky Mega Bloks bloks.
The 220 Mega Bloks bloks come in a big sturdy tub that has a lid which can be built on, as it's like a mega blok blok top (if you see what I mean). All of my children played with Mega Bloks when they were small, my daughter (now almost 17 and collecting her GCSE exam results any minute now!) used to love sorting them out into piles of the same colours.
She also used to count them all too so, you see, Mega Bloks aren't just for building - you can pull in all sorts of other learning elements too; marvellous.
