If you're one of the lucky ones, there's various t&cs at the bottom of the page, the most common mistake people make is choosing an item that's sold by a 3rd party and not Amazon themselves, it has to be sold (not just fulfilled by) Amazon for your £5 to be deducted. Other than that it's just click "apply promotion" add your item and procced to checkout, no code or anything required!
The offer is valid until 11:59pm on November 7th 2021 but there are only 10,000 codes available and I imagine this will be popular so I wouldn't hang around if you have something in mind to buy!
