Tonight, we have already had a wooden play kitchen. I have found these two wooden play sets. Boots.com still have some selected toys with up to 50% off. These are now £7.50 each, having previously been £15. Both are Early Learning Centre toys, one is a wooden toaster set and the other is a wooden teatime set.
The ELC wooden toaster set consists of a toaster, two slices of bread, four pieces of butter, a butter dish, a plate, jam pot and a knife, plate and spoon. All are made from coloured wood. The lever and dial on the toaster can move to make this toy a bit more realistic for your child. Due to the size of the pieces in this role play set, it is suitable for age three years and above.
The ELC teatime set has plenty in it too. A teapot, two mugs, two teaspoons, two teabags, sugar cubes, two jars, a plate and most importantly biscuits. This would be ideal for tea parties or for general role play to stimulate your child's imagination. Again, due to the size of some of the pieces this is not recommended for the under threes.
Why not buy both of them for the original price of one? They would certainly complement each other and even co-ordinate.
