Frozen Meal Deal £5 @ Co-operative

Sometimes you don't have the money, time or energy to cook a big meal from scratch. For those of you in that situation get down to your local Co-op and grab the Frozen Food Deal for just £5. This month's is pretty darn good.

Here's what you can get for just £5...

• McCain Mediterranean Wedges 750g
• Little Italy Garlic Dough Balls 120g
• Co-op British Garden Peas 400g

This would normally cost you well over £10 normally, so you are saving at least £5. I don't think they restrict how many of the Meal Deals you buy either.

You can get this offer from today through to 14th June or until stocks last. Not all Co-op stores will have this in but most of my locals do and they are big and small.

Even if this isn't what you would normally eat, it's fine for a cheap two course mid-week family dinner.
