I've never ever seen these before. Dunelm are selling Split Lid Faux Linen Ottomans and they look really handy. They are included in the Dunelm, so instead of paying £20 for one, you can get one for just £10.
Split Lid Faux Linen Ottoman
The Split Lid Faux Linen Ottoman comes in a choice of three colours: cream*, navy* and ochre*. They are different from regular ottoman storage boxes in that the lid is split so you don't have to take it off completely.
I like the idea of flipping the lid to one side as it is easier than having to take the whole lid off. My boys share storage in their bedroom so it's ideal for then as they bicker over anything touching anything that isn't theirs.
It also means if you've got something ornamental or magazines sitting on the top you can have it to one side so you don't have to remove it each time you need in the ottoman.
