These adidas Men's Duramo RC2 Running Shoes are a regular fit with a lace closure, a textile upper and lining, and are a dark blue colour with the three stripe banding on the side of the shoe.
It looks like most sizes in the colour have dropped to that low £28 price but a couple are showing as unavailable now so I would be quick to grab a pair before they go if you want one.
