Tesco have a big sale on bikes at the moment, with reductions of up to half price on certain lines. These 10" Bikes With Stabilisers are down from £50 to £30, and they are character ones as well.
In this size you can choose from Frozen, Spiderman or Minnie Mouse, though there are other character bikes in the bigger sizes, as well as big brand cycles for older children and adults.
These 10" bikes are good for starter bikes, especially with the stabilisers so that they can learn to pedal first and then move on to balancing later when you remove them. Reviews are very positive, and suggest that it's right for a child of roughly three, but the exact measurements are on the website so that you can see if it's suitable.
