Next Sunday (14th June) you can treat yourself to a world-famous burger at selected branches of the Hard Rock Cafe for a mind-boggling 71p.
According to the Manchester Evening News, the Hard Rock Cafe in Manchester will be turning back the clock to 1971, offering its Legendary burgers for 71p while stocks last.
The paper reports:
"The chain was founded that year by two music-loving Americans in an old Rolls Royce showroom in London and now has nearly 200 restaurants all over the world, including one at the Printworks. The branch will be joining in the birthday celebrations by offering its Legendary burgers for just 71p while stocks last on Sunday, June 14. The event will also feature Seventies-inspired music, costume and entertainment."
We're reliably informed that something similar is happening at the Glasgow branch of the Hard Rock Cafe, with burgers on the menu for 71p to celebrate the 1971 restaurant opening.
As far as we know, you don't need any sort of voucher or coupon to claim your 71p burger. Just rock up to the Hard Rock Cafe in Manchester or Glasgow, and hope that you're near the front of the queue. So, that's Sunday lunch sorted for next weekend!
Let us know if you hear about this promotion happening at any other branches of the Hard Rock Cafe nextweekend.
