Matalan & Alder Hey Charity Family Pyjamas & Clothing Collection is back for 2026

Matalan have revealed their new annual pyjamas in collaboration with Alder Hey children's charity. This is always a popular collection as 100% of the profits are donated to the charity. Since the partnership first began in 2014, Matalan has helped to raise more than £6.1m for Alder Hey.

Matalan x Alder Hey Collection

This year’s collection has been thoughtfully designed with care and love, inspired by the children, families and colleagues at Alder Hey. Featuring soft, calming designs and comforting colour palettes, the range reflects the warmth and hope that Alder Hey provides every day.

The pyjamas feature gingham prints and the iconic Alder Hey elephant. The collection, called "Cared For With Love", is available to shop in selected Matalan stores from, Monday October 12th. It features a range of pieces including pyjamas, robes, t-shirts and socks.

Each item has been thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind, using soft, breathable fabrics that feel gentle on the skin. A move away from the bolder designs of previous collections, the understated gingham and signature elephant motif create a sense of calm to match the collection's focus on rest, relaxation and comfort.

TheAdult Pyjamas* are priced at £16, the Children's Pyjamas* are £10, and the Baby Pyjamas* are £9. This year there's a matching Kids Dressing Gown* for £12 and there's matching socks too.

As well as the nightwear there is also a t-shirt for adults and children with the matching elephant design, the Adults T-Shirt* is £8 and the matching Kids T-Shirt* is £6.
