If the budget won't stretch to a wooden playhouse for the kids this summer then the plastic ones are a good value option. This Keter Holiday Playhouse had £25 off at Tesco Direct right now, making it £50.
It has a stable style half door, and a window on each side, and is made from a durable fade proof resin in bright colours. It comes flat packed for home construction, and although you can use the free click and collect if you wish, with the size of it you might want to use the home delivery service instead as it's only an extra £3. I know this wouldn't fit in the boot of our car!
The recommended age range for this is 2 to 4 years, as it's a toddler size rather than a big wooden structure, but I doubt the bigger kids would be kept away if they wanted to join in! It should take minimal work to put up in around 30 minutes.
