The very first baby monitor I had was a Tomy Classic, it didn't look quite as funky as this one though - the design has changed, somewhat, over the last 18 and a bit years.
It will allow you to hear your baby when they're in a different room to you, and the light display will let you 'see' when they're awake too - very useful for when you have to turn the sound down, but still need to know what's going on.
There's also a sound activation mode for when your baby is a little older, and when you're a little more relaxed and don't feel the need to hear every single sound and snuffle.
It has a a 300m range, a low battery and out of range alarm and a nightlight function with a soft glow - particularly handy for when you just need to peek in without turning all the lights on.
It has a two year manufacturers guarantee and standard delivery will cost you an additional £2.95 and take between three and five working days - there doesn't seem to be an in-store collection option available.
