URGENT: Three Lidl Products Recalled Due To Undeclared Allergens

If you suffer from food allergies or intolerances, then you really need to read this. Lidl have had to issue an urgent recall on some of it's products as they have been found to contain allergens, that are not declared in English, on the packaging.

This could pose serious health risks for those who suffer with a food allergy or an intolerance.

Lidl are recalling their Bavarian Style Smoked Cheese with Ham, Bread Baking Mix and Milk Chocolate with Hazelnuts. They have been found to contain wheat, rye, barley (gluten), milk or hazelnuts and these have not been declared in English on the label.

Here's eaxctly what's being recalled: Meine Kaserei Bavarian Style Smoked Cheese with Ham 150g pack: use by date 30th May 2016, Belbake Bread Baking Mix (Sunflower Seed, Ciabatta, Farmhouse and Rustic Wholemeal) 1kg pack: best before date March 2017 and Fin Carre Milk Chocolate with Hazelnuts 100g pack: best before 23rd December 2016.

What to do if you have bought these items? Do not eat any of it, if you are known to have a food allergy or intolerance. They are safe to consume otherwise. If you have purchased these and are unable to use them now due to the lack of allergen information, return them to the store you bought them from for a full refund.
