  • Gill P.

I was told that as long as you cook it properly and don’t eat it raw there is no risk. Don’t know how true that is though...

  • Rachael C.

Thanks only ones I have are from Asda! I have a half eaten pack of peas...so assume fine...lol

  • Danielle K.

Yeh I’m gonna avoid veg n stick to salad I think for a little while even tho ours weren’t listed I think it’s better off in the bin, shel u need a bbq no roast in this heat! Lol xx

  • Jo A.

I’ve got some of the mixed veg but as we’ve eaten half the pack already I guess I’m safe!

  • Vicky T.

Only if you are eating then defrosted. The people who got ill all just defrosted the veg and ate then raw instead of cooked

  • Fiona G.

:see_no_evil: I’m safe then  thanks Vicky x

  • Vicky T.

At the end of the day you can still return them if you want to feel safe but its not as dangerous and scary as it sounds once you know that its defrosted veg not cooked veg

  • Becca C.

Right I’ll empty out the veg draw! X

  • Adam J.

I knew vegetables were actually bad for me

  • Kirsty C.

It’s just anything with sweet corn, as it’s the sweet corn. There are codes to check as it’s just certain batches

  • Ann P.

I have green beans but not that make x

  • Sian T.

    It’s ok I haven’t got any frozen veg x

  • Sally C.

I’ve defo has some of these!!!!!

  • Kelly C.

I don’t think Asda ones are affected as the supplier is not greenyard in Hungary which is where the contamination has occurred. And saw today the ones in Asda are stil on shelves so must be ok. Xx

  • Santoshi S.

Thankfully I have not bought any frozen veg :grimacing:

  • Alison E.

The families of the 9 people who have died would not thank you for that comment

  • Heather T.

    Thankfully I’m an ASDA shopper!

  • Laura H.

I wouldn't thank you either being admitted to hospital at 28 weeks pregnant and come into contact with this veg 3 times and have been ill every single time but passed it off as just being pregnant with reduced fetal movement. You should really keep quiet and be more considerate I could lose my unborn baby over this as well as others that have died.

  • Samantha C.

Ok so for anyone who boils their vege this will kill the listeria. Stir fried or just defrosted to have in salads is where the problem occurs x

What do you think?
