Toys R Us*have issued an urgent recall on the Kids II Oball Rattle due to a choking hazard. If you have one for a child under three years old, then it's advised to be removed from play as it is unsuitable due to small parts that can be removed from the chamber.
The recall* applies to the Kids II Oball Rattles sold after January 2016, with one chamber containing all orange beads and the following 'T' Date Codes: T3065, T0486, T1456, T2316 and T2856.
The date code can be found on a small triangle on the inner surface of the product.
You can return the Kids II Oball Rattle to a Toys R Us store for a refund or call their Customer Service Team on 0800 0488607 for more information. You should not need a receipt as this item as it's on recall.
This toy has also been sold in other stores like Tesco*, so if you purchased from another store you should return it to where you purchased it.
