If you are like me then you might not have your Christmas cards all neatly written and posted off, and each year I seem to leave it later and later. I was getting in a panic, but it looks like we have a bit of time yet...
To make sure your cards arrive with your friends and relatives in plenty of time for Christmas here's the recommended last posting dates from The Royal Mail for Christmas 2015:
UK Inland Postal Services:
- 2nd Class - last posting date Saturday 19th December
- 1st Class - last posting date Monday 21st December
- Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed - last posting date Wednesday 23rd December
If you are posting mail overseas then the last recommended posting date for some of the worldwide services have already passed, but here are the countries that your post can still reach via International Standard Mail (formerly Airmail):
- Monday 14 December - Czech Republic, Germany, Italy, Poland
- Tuesday 15 December - Canada, Finland, Sweden, USA
- Wednesday 16 December - Austria, Iceland, Ireland, Portugal, Spain
- Thursday 17 December - France
- Friday 18 December - Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Slovakia, Switzerland
