Heads Up: Two FREE Alton Towers Tickets When You Collect Tokens In The Sun

12 March 2015

Whoop! A little birdie has told us that one of our favourite promotions begins on Saturday 14th March, that's this Saturday coming. Two FREE tickets to Alton Towers! Whoop! How handy for the summer. It would normally cost you £37.80 (online price) a ticket, so two FREE tickets will save you a whopping £75.60. The Sun newspaper costs 40p Monday to Friday and 60p on a Saturday.  This isn't set in stone but we are pretty sure it's going ahead from Saturday.

Click here to have a nosey at what Alton Towers has to offer.

Normally what happens is that you have to collect around nine different number tokens. You can get these by buying The Sun on nine different days. Once you have all nine you will in the form, also in The Sun newspaper. Fill it out and you will receive two tickets.

The tickets will be for a set date and will not be valid on any other day.  There are numerous groups on Facebook where people swap tickets for the dates of their choice. Personally, I'd sign up with a friend and swap that way.

There's so much to do and I am a massive fan of Alton Towers. I am looking forward to visiting CBeebies Land with the kids as I know they will LOVE it!

What if I will have those two free tickets, but would like to go with a child aged 6? Would I need to pay for him or could he go on this free adult ticket? Thanks for info

I might be wrong but I think you will be able to use the adult ticket. Best thing to do is perhaps get in contact with Alton Towers and ask them. Then you will know for sure and avoid any costly surprises. Nada :D
