You pay £££'s for your Sky subscription all year round, and whilst you get the programmes you love, internet, mobile, access to movies etc, it's nice to get a little something back in these hard times. Sky have recognised that many of their customers will enter (or have already done so) self-isolation, so are offering some benefits to keep their spirits up. This is a temporary measure, and we will let you know when they are due to cease, once we find out dates

As of now, Sky customers will have Sky Go Extra available and it won't cost a penny. Meaning you will have access to Sky TV on three screens at the same time, at no extra cost.

Keep communications open with family and friends, with free calls to UK landlines at any time of day. Sky Talk customers can enjoy this perk from right now until the end of April.

There will be a FREE 10GB data boost into the Piggybanks of Sky Mobile customers that can be dispersed across all the SIMs on your account.

As Sky have teamed up with NBCUniversal, you'l be able to rent movies on the same day as their global premier. This will kick off with DreamWorks Animation’s Trolls World Tour on 6th April 2020. However, keep your eyes peeled for current cinema movies such as Emma appearing on Sky Store anytime now.

The kids will be sorted as within weeks YouTube kids and Disney+ will be hitting Sky Q, and you know how obsessed they'll be with that!

          Cancelled ours very easily. They were really helpful. Cancelled sky sports. New deal is cheaper and when we wish to add sports on again the deal is cheaper than before!! Keep perservering

            It won't let me put a screen shot on... It says you can freeze the subscription by contacting them.

                        Phoned to cancel Sky Sports last night and said would take 31 days to cancel. Received an email later in the evening to confirm that Sky Sports has been cancelled but they have also cancelled my movie package which is £11 a month and states it will be added later at £19 a month. :rage::rage: Beware and check your confirmations if you do cancel any packages.

                            Not sure what you mean by calling to cancel? According to the link the benefits are free calls, sky go and extra data? Surely all of these would be automatic? If a customer does need to call to activate how would they know to do that if it's not communicated to them? Sky have been quick to email me with price increases this morning, but failed to mention any of these benefits!

                                      So we called Sky yesterday & were told it would be a £40 admin fee to stop the sky sports. I take it this is yet another made up thing that they have decided? Can anyone advise if they managed to cancel their sports for free? Thanks.

                                        Yes my email says that both are cancelled but iv still got movies, they said they have to just put it down as both to knock the sports fee off
