It works in the same way as the others do. Freeze the inner bowl for hours and then add your ice-cream mix - and your machine will churn until you have a delicious, frozen, creamy dessert.
This machine is capable of making up to 1.2 litres of Ice cream and sorbets can be made within 15-30 minutes.
Don't be fooled into thinking you will only use this in the summer... it'll be out all year round. Psst...Malibu Mango Sorbet is a favourite of mine to make. How's about that for a Saturday night tipple?
