6 Pack Of Silicone Stretch Lids £4.59 Delivered @ eBay seller modern-sunnywish

It's widely publicised just how bad single use plastics are for the environment, so much so that our governments are making steps to change our usage. Cling film is one thing that many of us use to cut food waste and use leftovers, but you can now scrap that for the earth-friendlier Silicone Stretch Lids from eBay seller modern-sunnywish. Priced at just £4.59 delivered from a UK seller they'll save you money in the long run too.

Silicone Stretch Lids

Wanting to ditch the cling film when storing leftovers? Get yourself some silicone stretch lids and you'll wonder why you never used these years ago.

They are food-safe and can be used time and time again, so there's no need for one-use plastic wrap, foils and the likes.

Each one can fit a range of sizes of containers, such as bowls, plates, containers, jars, mugs and cans. They work by creating an air-tight seal to keep your foodstuff fresh and free from contamination.

Apparently these can be put in the dishwasher, but call me a pessimist - I think I will stick to hand-washing mine in case they lose shape.

The silicone food wraps can withstand temperatures of -40C to 232C and they can also be used in the microwave or freezer.

Delivery is FREE of charge.
