JoJo Maman Bebe make their own Super Lightweight Foldaway Pocket Highchairs, that can be used to turn most ordinary dining chairs into a highchair. They are just £14 with Free Delivery, and you will probably get your money's worth on your first holiday away with one.
The Super Lightweight version folds away flat into a 12 x 12 inch bag, which should fit into most baby changing bags with no problem. They work by holding baby safely to almost any chair with strong shaped ties. It's suitable from approximately 6 to 30 months, but only once baby is happy to support themselves sitting up. There is also a Wipe Clean Pocket Highchair* which works in exactly the same way, and only costs an extra £2 at £16 each. These are not as lightweight as the other version of pocket highchair, but have the advantage of being easier to clean, and if you are away on holiday then you may not have access to a washing machine.
