This is such a lovely dress from Next and one you can wear over and over again!
It has a navy blue background with a heart shaped Union Jack flag design all over. It is a sleeveless swing style dress so you could easily wear it over a long sleeved top if you weren't keen on having your arms out or of course wear a cardigan.
