This is a brilliant price for the Thomas and Friends Trackmaster Close Call Cliff Set, and the lowest I have ever seen it! This set is selling for £23.99 on Argos, but in ELC it's down to just £9.99!
Like all Thomas & Friends Trackmaster sets this comes with a motorized Thomas engine and a themed track set to build to Thomas to whizz around.
Thomas has to navigate a sharp, cliffside turn to avoid a dangerous drop as he goes around the track and up the hill towards the rocky ledge. When he races forward, he'll make a sharp, 360 degrees turn, and knock over the boulders to reveal cool surprises underneath.
All Trackmaster sets are compatible with each other, so if your child already has one they can put them all together to build an even bigger track of their own choosing.
My youngest has several Trackmaster sets like this, and although it says 'adult assembly required' the track pieces themselves are easy enough for children to pop together, with just a bit of help needed with the more tricky parts.
You need 2 AAA batteries to power Thomas, and they are not included.
This set looks like a more manageable size than some of the larger ones, so if you don't have so much room or are looking for a starter set this could be a great option.
