Babies R Us have issued a safety recall on their Jungle Friends Cot Mobile due to safety concerns.
They state that the "raindrops can detach posing a small-part choking hazard" presenting a risk for babies and small children.
The product affected is the Babies R Us Jungle Friends Cot Mobile (Item no. 171271 mfr. 7731) and no other items are affected by this recall.
If you have this item you should stop using it immediately and return it to your nearest Toys R Us store for a refund.
Proof of purchase is not usually required for a safety recall so no receipt should be necessary.
