Up To £54.15 Towards The Purchase Of Reusable Nappies (London)

Help With The Cost Of Reusable Nappies

The cost of disposable nappy waste is through the roof in London. So much so that the Council have decided to assist parents with the cost of Resusable Nappies.

You may be eligible if you are a resident in one of the participating boroughs, with a baby under 18 months. If you are entitled, you'll receive a voucher (one per baby), up to the value of £54.15 to help with the cost of buying the first set of reusable nappies.

Boroughs that are taking part of the scheme are Bexley, Camden, Hackney, Haringey, Islington, Tower Hamlets and Waltham Forests.

A little tip for those of you outwith London, phone and ask you local Council if they support the use of Reusable Nappies. You never know, you may just get a Grant towards them. I had a friend in Perth that got help with the cost of her first set.

Real Nappies for London explain the differences between disposables and reusables, let you know where to buy your starter pack and what events are on near you.
