If your child is ready to make the leap from cot, or cot bed, to a full-size, proper grown-up bed, OR they need a new one, then you might want to pop over and take a look at the children's beds that Argos currently have on sale for less than half price.
I remember being rather excited about getting a new bed when I was little, it wasn't my very first 'grown--up' bed obviously, but I remember it being high off the ground because it had storage drawers underneath, AND it had a pink headboard too - I think I was most excited about the headboard actually!
There are various styles of children's beds up for grabs at Argos; most of them are between £60 and £70 and usually cost at least £150.
There are simple, plain tubular frames in either steel or white; there are character beds - I rather like the look of racing car and Otis the Tractor frames - and there are girly four-poster bed frames too (£63.74 instead of £199,99!).
If you want even more bed for your money then there are wooden cabin beds too, with shelves and drawers for storage underneath; there are bunk beds as well, and a high bed sleeper frame (think bunk bed, without the second bed underneath - great if you're really tight for space as there's room to fit chests of drawers and desks underneath) that was £374.99 and is now £89.99.
See, PLENTY of beds to choose from - the tricky part, I think, is going to be making that choice!
