H&M Promotional Code: 20% And £5 Off

9 October 2012

Use these H&M online promotional codes to get 20% off your order, plus an additional £5 off if you spend more than £6. The £5 discount code is one we ran previously back in July, and it is still active. To find out how to use that code click HERE.

Click here to use your H&M promotional codes

  • Discount: 15% and free delivery
  • Promotional code: 0186
  • Expires: 21st October 2012

To use this code, you'll need to go into the checkout process to see it applied. First, log in or register on the site if this is your first order.

When you get to the checkout page, enter the codes one at a time in the Apply Discount Code box. You'll see each voucher appear in your totals column automatically.

I tested both codes out on a Jumper (see above) priced at £14.90. The 20% code took £3 off, so all in I got £8 off my order. Delivery costs £3.90 and as yet I can't find a free delivery code that still works. If you do find one please leave a comment here!

I'd be really careful using the 1304 code for £5 off. I've used it a couple of times now, and recently there was a problem with one of my orders. I had to call customer service to see what the problem was, and while I was talking to them, the guy mentioned something about how many discount codes I'd been using (which wasn't part of the original problem! haha...). I have to admit, I do a LOT of online shopping, especially with h&m, and almost always take advantage when they send me discount codes. So my reaction was basically, Yeah, what of it? He then proceeded to tell me that they only give out the 1304 code to people that have had issues like delayed shipping times, lost packages, etc, as a good-will gesture. He then told me to please stop using the code, and to only use the codes that are sent to me specifically. It's kind of laughable if you think about it, because what's £5 to them in the grand scheme of things? But, I'm sure I'm not the only one who's been told off for using it. So, what I'm saying is, use it at your own discretion! I'm still tempted to use it though, as it's essentially like getting free shipping (which the codes for are rare). Don't want them to suspend my account though!! ;)
