This has to be the cutest little thing. This Argos frock designed by Emma Bunton is covered in little ponies and has a lovely cut in the waist and across the shoulders. You can buy it to age 10 and it is made from 100% cotton on the dress, 100% polyester on the lining with 100% nylon on the netting.

This would make a lovely Christmas special frock or perhaps a party dress for birthdays. Or, if your little girl is anything like mine, just something to wear because the day itself feels special. I have nabbed one of these for me already. Brilliant.
